We kicked off Tour de Stake 3.0 in Oskaloosa! We'll see how long it takes us to visit all 9 units in our stake this time around. We came home from our visit with the most beautiful fresh eggs.

Adam has been enjoying the awkward stories of Wallace Whipple- a flashback to my childhood!
It's refreshing to read about the cringy tales of adolescence from someone else's point of view!
Adam and Noah have been mastering magic tricks this summer.

We went to a magic show at the library and they were by far the oldest kids there, but they were rewarded for talking to the magician after the show with their very own magic wands!
We have the best missionaries!
The girls and I went to see the new Little Mermaid, and it exceeded our expectations!
Lots of happy evenings in the yard.
The blueberries are almost ready to eat!
One clear night we found Saturn, Mars, and had an incredible view of the surface of the moon!
I love the days when the creativity is flowing- Adam made his own cardboard rocket,
and the girls worked on art projects
while Noah and I made strawberry jam! It's jam season!
Adam spent a good afternoon creating watermelon bowls to share with the young men.
This is a common scene in our house- someone peering at something out the window with Laney on high alert nearby.
This time it was two greedy and plump raccoons trying to get as many mulberries as they possibly could.
Lots of lazy days in the sunroom.
A delightful surprise from Auntie Al's trip to Amsterdam!
And a good bike ride with my biking buddy!
