7 Months

Emma Grace...

Just got over a nasty cold that lasted nearly 3 weeks.

Therefore, isn't sleeping well at all.  Breathe first, sleep second.  We've been working on the breathing.

Isn't terribly interested in eating solid foods.  She's mostly humoring me as I try to fill up her little belly before bedtime.  She does a funny little shiver when she's disgusted by the taste of something (pears! blech! how could you?!).

She has a similar gag face that she makes when she will not take her pacifier.  I'm amazed- and grateful- that she's still taking it.  Adam and Leah both quit around 4 months.

Has incredible abs- can roll over in slow motion, pausing halfway there with her body arched sideways.

Reaches as far out as she possibly can to grab anything within her reach and stuff it into her mouth.  The other day it was her sister's hair.  Probably not the last time that will happen, and it sure made Leah howl.

She's started bearing a little weight on her arms.  The first signs of crawling- yikes!

Is getting more tufts of that adorable strawberry blonde hair.

Loves to suck on her toes, make googly eyes at her daddy, and watch her brother and sister run circles around her.  At the rate she's growing, it won't be long before she is running with them!
