Our first day of summer was a blast- free donuts from Krispy Kreme donuts,
Thanks Noah, for reminding me that it was HOT out!
So of course we had to go to the pool!
And while Leah was experiencing the real deal in NYC, the rest of us kicked off summer with some NYC-style pizza!
Emma gave Daddy a foot rub after church- he definitely enjoyed it more than she did.
Emma and I went shopping one afternoon, and we had a blast even though she tried to make me eat a nasty boba.
We tried to do the silly Instagram face-
On the way into town Emma lost another tooth on a bridge! We pulled over and she was spitting out lots of blood when a couple asked if we would take their picture. Ha!
We made it to as many of Adam's baseball games as we could.
They finally won one game! The 14-18 age range of his league made for an interesting year on the field, but he learned a lot and gave it his best!
And boy were we all happy when Leah was back home again!
This summer is filled with individual trips- one for each of us over the course of the three months as well as lots of camps and activities that will send us in different directions- so we are going to have lots of time apart and chances to miss each other this summer, which is only a good thing because it gives us a chance to remember how much we all really love being together!
