The Pigeon

We were spending a leisurely evening in the backyard after dinner and I took a video of each child showing off their latest tricks-

Emma's is walking- although she is so filthy in this video I almost didn't post it for fear that it may seem like I always let her wander around like that-

And Leah read me a Pigeon book.  I remember the first time I read one of "The Pigeon" books, I thought it was pretty stupid.  But after listening to the author read one of his own books here, the kids think he is hilarious.  And just about any book that my child wants to read out loud is okay by me.
