Who's ready for summer?!!
This girl!
Emma has been counting down the minutes until her sixth grade graduation!
Not because she didn't love this year, because it has been a great one! Emma has been one awesome sixth grader! I adore that our elementary school includes sixth grade- it has given her just that much more time as a kid before thrusting her into the throws of middle school. She has been a pal helper in preschool, a host in the afternoon show, and involved in choir, orchestra, archery, and all kinds of fun with friends.
I loved watching her race at the sixth grade track meet!
And singing at the sixth grade choir concert!
Emma is always surrounded by friends, and her kindness was underscored by her classmates when they voted her to give their class speech at sixth grade graduation. She wrote it herself and did a fantastic job delivering it!
Emma and her sweet teacher- it was so SO bright out!
Some of her favorite friends from 5th grade- Some of her favorite friends from 6th grade-
and, of course, her most favorite parents!
The sixth grade grad party was a hit, and Emma had to say goodbye for now to her favorite neighbor friend.
Emma loves being with friends but I know she is most excited about getting extra time to spend with her best big sister this summer. These two are pinky-promised best friends for life.
A few more pictures from our girls night out in Omaha!
