You may recall that Leah's best friend in the world lives right next door to us- for a few more months, anyway! We love "Ah-bee" (Aubrey)- she is our incentive to walk a little faster when coming home from the park, a great place to visit on a rainy day, and a very welcome visitor when Leah wakes up from her nap. That is how this morning started- Ah-bee came over for a visit with her mom, Leah woke up from her nap, and the emotions must have been flowing, because Leah decided it was time to take the relationship to the next level. That's right, folks. No more parallel-play here- Leah actually started giving Aubrey hugs. I'm not sure Aubrey liked it at first,
but she got into it eventually,
and once the girls saw the camera,
the posing started.
What a couple of hams. We sure do love Ah-bee (and her mom, too!).
