After a few months of wiggling and wriggling, Leah lost her first tooth!
It came out on Friday night while the kids were having their slumber party. Thankfully, the tooth fairy knew to wait an extra night to visit our house. Leah wasn't sure what kind of monetary prize she wanted to find under her pillow- quarters or dollars. "I want more cents, but dollars don't fit in my cupcake bank!"
In the end, the ever-generous tooth fairy left a whole 4 quarters! The equivalent of one dollar but far more satisfying in the jingling department.
Such a sweet little tooth- it's presence and it's absence have made for such a great smile on this pretty girl.

She was so cute when she was telling Logan about losing her tooth--she told him that she thought the tooth fairy might bring her a whole quarter! He said, "Sometimes the tooth fairy brings dollars," and she paused and looked very thoughtful and said, "Quarters are best." So sweet.
