The House That Houses It All

Our house and the land around it had some exceptionally lovely showings this summer.  

And some spooky ones too!

Heaven- 

On an evening walk- 

On a morning walk- 

Out the front door- 

At the reservoir- 

The Blue Super Moon (a quick mini date with Leah)- 

A perfect sunset on a perfect summer night- 

A perfectly clear summer morning- 

Out the guest room window- 

Our hydrangeas made a delightful appearance this year- 

Heading out into a purple misty fog- 

And going back home again- 

I distinctly remember thinking how wonderful this wall of green looked and wanting to remember it six months from now.  There are so many colors to feast our eyes on all around us this time of year. 

Mid pleasures and palaces though we may roam
Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home
